Although templates are crucial, you can always add a touch of uniqueness and empathy in your content to make them more suitable for your audiences.

A good practice would be sending emails to personalized email addresses. It also pays to get to know the names of your audiences and mention them at least once or twice in your emails. Do your research. Do you have something in common with them, mention it in your email. Additionally, always offer something relevant to your recipient. You can always offer more once they show interest. Learn about the strong points and weak points of your audiences and how you can help to offer them improvements.

The more personalized your emails are, the more impactful they will be to your audience. Lastly, ensure that you get your message across. Provide them call to actions as your way of letting them know the response that you expect from them.
